I purchased a factory buy back from another dealer. When I started having problems, I chose Momentum BMW because they are close to my house. My car was in the shop approximately three weeks and our service I started having problems, I chose Momentum BMW because they are close to my house. My car was in the shop approximately three weeks and our service advisor, C.J. Broll called to give us updates almost every day. I was so happy when he called to say he thought the problem had been fixed. I drove about 10 miles and started having problems again. I called C.J. and he was SOOOOO nice. I brought the car right back and he was able to give me the same courtesy car (which I requested) while they continued to work on my car. He continued to give us updates almost daily. When they told me they thought they had the problem fixed, I picked up my car and it had been washed and waxed and looked brand new. I told C.J. he was like family to us now and that we would miss his calls. I have not had a problem since. I highly recommend Momentum BMW. More
