The waiting game So with an I appointment I waited almost 4 hours for an oil change... come to find out, that my car was ready and done for an hour before I could pay So with an I appointment I waited almost 4 hours for an oil change... come to find out, that my car was ready and done for an hour before I could pay and leave and the only reason i found out, is that they were closing for the day with me sitting in the waiting room. I received no updates until the very end of the day. When I went to pick up my vehicle another service writer couldn’t explain what services were in fact performed, the lot was a mess and there was a line out the door. This dealership has a horrible reputation and I now I know exactly why. The technicians didn’t even reset my oil and filter minders on the dash. What a joke! More

Service time was a bit too long. Service time was too long.. I was there just for an oil change and I was the 1st customer there, but yet my vehicle was the 3rd to be taken back..
