Awful experience at infinity Fairfield Scheduled an appt for a service over the phone and was told about shuttle service. For the service required I would need to leave my car overnight. I show up and I'm told the shuttle doesn't go to my neighborhood but my car would be finished by the end of the day. No problem sounds great!! Despite the ridiculous fees to "diagnose" what's wrong with my vehicle I'm ok with said services. I confirm as well the latest time I can pick up my vehicle. Well I come back and low and behold the receptionist doesn't have my paperwork or car keys!! "You can't pick up your car until tomorrow and the service department is closed. She didn't leave me anything." So not only did my husband and I have to coordinate coming back from e also had to be placed in a situation where we didn't have one of our vehicles. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but we have a 6mo old. Very frustrated with the poor customer service. When we came back the next day we didn't even get an apology or recognition of what had happened. I do NOT recommend this place at all More
