Incomplete service I ordered oil change, interior/exterior protection, windshield and scratch repairs to be done in one day. Yes - in one day. I now lived 60 miles away I ordered oil change, interior/exterior protection, windshield and scratch repairs to be done in one day. Yes - in one day. I now lived 60 miles away from the Fairfield location so I make sure all the above items are addresses when I come in for maintenance. But only oil change was completed. Also, there was no loan car available even though I booked the services several days ahead of time. Whoever put me on the schedule should’ve known that the requested services will take more than two hours; thus should have a car reserved in the lot. Buying the prepaid maintenance, xzilon and dingshielsld at this location is a waste of money. I’m very disappointed with their service. I’m Customer no 14467. I’m writing this review because this is not the first time that I come in and the service department can’t complete the services requested. Such a waste of my day! I hope you’re more respectful of people’s time. More
