Zero Stars for Momentum VW! Extortion like practices. I sold my car back to the dealer they gave me a payoff for the car. I paid it off. VW sent me Settlement statement with the Extortion like practices. I sold my car back to the dealer they gave me a payoff for the car. I paid it off. VW sent me Settlement statement with the zero balance and inactivated my account. Few days later dealership messaged me and told me they made a mistake with the payoff quote and wanted close to 2k more. I contacted VW credit and customer service to push back and asked them that the dealership should own the their mistake. None helped! My account was activated again and it should I owed monthly payments for my car while the car was parked at the dealership for over 15 days. We went back and fourth but the useless general manager at the dealer ship (Vanessa Ramos) extorted more money from me $1949 to be exact. Shameful business practice and shameful customer service by VW. More
