After spending countless hours researching the various dealerships and cars.com for a newer RAM truck with low miles...rarely found...but it arrived at this dealership, and I was lucky enough to get there in time to buy it! Edward was our first point of contact, and he impressed the hubby and me with his excellent communication skills and attention to detail via email messages and on the phone. He even sent us a walk around video of the truck. When we arrived at the dealership with only 2 hours to closing, we were able to buy the truck at the price we needed for our monthly payment, and we especially appreciated the GM, Patrick stepping in near the end of negotiations, to make sure we received all the information in order to move forward with the sale. The RAM 1500 Big Horn in Hydro Blue with 4,545 miles on it in excellent condition will be in our family for a long time...definitely HAPPY Customers here!

I originally made a comment after a stressful sale after leaving the dealership with my husband after speaking with VW finance Kathy was very helpful still have not received a call from the dealership. We are changing only because ok Kathy and at the end of the day my husband has to keep the car the process seemed rushed we should have ask questions we failed terribly not asking questions.
