My loyalty is to my sales rep, Greg Smith, and the brand (I have only purchased Fords all my life). They gave me their "best price" up front but Ford pricing is inflexible and does not reward customer loyal (I have only purchased Fords all my life). I stopped in late just before closing time. The next day I test drove and selected the perfect truck. We sat down to go over some financial information then set a time to finalize the purchase the next day. I never felt pushed or talked into something I didn’t want. These people really listened to what I wanted and showed me my opinions.even the financial part was an easy process.
