I just had my transmission serviced along with a repairs on a couple warranty items. Stephanie in the service department contacted me to say one item wasn't covered under my warranty and I argued that I had on a couple warranty items. Stephanie in the service department contacted me to say one item wasn't covered under my warranty and I argued that I had warranty in front of me which said it was covered. I asked for corporate Fords number to plead my case and Steph gave it to me. I was on the phone with one person from Ford that confirmed what Stephanie told me but he gave me another number to call because I was sure I was right. I was on hold for an hour when Stephanie called me to say she pleaded my case to Monaco and they decided to honor the warranty. I'm 65 years old and never had a dealership treat me like this. I couldn't believe it. On top of that they dropped me off and picked me up for the service. This is an amazing company and when I buy another vehicle I'll buy here.
