I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MONACO FORD SINCE 1980 WITH MY 1974 F100 PICK UP TRUCK FOR SERVICE. I HAVE ALL FORD VEHICLES SERVICED THERE, INCLUDING MY 2006 SUPERDUTY, THAT I TOW MY TRAIL TRAILER. THE THEY KEEP TRACT OF SERVICE OF ALL MY VEHICLES, SO I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY, THEY HAVE MY BACK COVERED, PREVENTIVELY. THEY DO AN AWESOME JOB, AND HAVE THE BEST SERVICE STAFF. THE TAURUS HAS 190K ON IT AND IT IS MY DAILY DRIVER, AND IT DRIVES LIKE A CLOUD, AND STILL GETS 23 MPG, AND NOT ONE DENT. Now I can say the same about their Sales Department. Dustin Deprey was wonderful to work with and the entire process was quite easy. Even though he knew I was buying because my previous car had been totalled (while parked - I was not even in the car!!), there was NO sales pressure. Happy to recommend both Monaco Sales AND Service departments. More

Overcharged for repairs They charged over $350 dollars to replace a cam positioning sensor on my 2014 Fusion that I purchased from them. They charged 2.5 hours to labor to ev They charged over $350 dollars to replace a cam positioning sensor on my 2014 Fusion that I purchased from them. They charged 2.5 hours to labor to evaluate the problem when it the car was in their shop for 15 minutes before they came out and told me the part needed to be replaced. In researching what a fair price should have been, it was $110 to $170 range. They charged me three times what they should have. More
