I would’ve given it a 5 star, the guy who sat at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all . When I arrived the first day to look at a vehicle we weren’t spoken to I had to walk over it the desk to get any front desk wasn’t friendly at all . When I arrived the first day to look at a vehicle we weren’t spoken to I had to walk over it the desk to get any service. The second day was the same ordeal . He didn’t say welcome , good morning, nothing that places usual do upon the arrival of a buyer. If it wasn’t for Ryan being pleasant I would’ve probably not chosen that place and walked away because of such the unwelcoming vibe that was given when upon arrival. More

Considering the circumstance we were looking for a car under (corona virus) this dealership was very friendly, informed and easy to work with. I felt the negotiation process was friendly and honest . Kristy provided a painless car buying experience and was very quick to respond to any questions. Although my car purchase was entirely done remotely she displayed a level of honesty and integrity that the dealership should be proud of. I felt as if I was working with a friend. Colin the finance manger made the virtual purchase of the vehicle as seemless as possible, especially since this was the first f these types purchases being handled at this dealership. I’d also like to add that I live 250 miles from this dealership and also am trading in a vehicle. Kristy is meeting me have way to deliver my new car and return my old one to the dealership. I live in an area close to many dealerships and have never been treated as warmly by any of these local dealerships as I have by Monroeville Dodge. I will consider them first with any future car purchases I may need. They are well worth dealing with. Thank you Kristy for all your help. More
