This service center is well maintained and have nice employees. I am comfortable either waiting there or they offer a Lyft/Uber service to where you need to go. I have had (2) poor experiences with this service department in Monrovia. The first poor experience was back in 2025 on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe. I asked for a nail to be taken out of my tire and department in Monrovia. The first poor experience was back in 2025 on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe. I asked for a nail to be taken out of my tire and plugged. When I arrived, they had no problem charging me for this work, but when I walked up to my vehicle, the tire with the nail was simply moved to be back trunk mount. They didn't even bother to take the nail out.... I then had to argue to get a refund for that service, even though you could clearly see the nail in my tire was still there. I gave this service department another chance this year (2026) with my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe, and spent over $1K on various service items (tire rotation, front and rear differential service, alignment, new air filters, etc.). One of the items I requested was to include the 5th trunk-mounted tire in the tire rotation isnce it was a brand-new tire (so all tires can wear down at a similar rate). I was told this isn't part of their standard service?? I had to special request this be done even if it wasn't part of their "standard service". I then asked for trunk-mounted tire to be flipped on the rim (when I got new tires, only this spare tire was installed on the rim with the white writing showing on the rubber...IYKYK). I didn't want it to remain this way, so I asked them to flip it on the rim before they included this tire in the rotation. I was told it would be an extra charge, which is obviously approved and I didn't mind, but sure enough when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I paid for this extra work and IT WAS NOT COMPLETED. I had to leave and return the following day when they were able to correct their mistake. Once I left the service department after picking up my vehicle, I lost all faith and went to a separate mechanic THAT DAY just to confirm the 4 pages of other miscellaneous service shown on my service invoice was actually done as I paid for. If this service department is so poor at confirming the visible items were completed on my vehicle, makes me question if the internal engine items are actually completed as promised/quoted/paid for. I also came to find out that even simple things, such as my alignment and tire pressure check, were not done properly as their paperwork claimed was completed. For example, my tire pressure was stated to be set at 46 PSI on all 4 tires in use. But really, 2 tires were at 42 PSI, 1 tire at 47 PSI, and 1 at 46 PSI....simple fix, but just added to my distrust of this service department. When I returned the following day, I was told the corrections would take 45 minutes. I was there for over 2.5 hours with my husband waiting. I have had many follow up phone calls and messages left to me by this service department in their attempts to make things right and keep me as a customer. I had 1 discussion with a woman she told me that the department manager would call me to remedy the problem, but I informed her that at this point, nothing would make me revisit this service location and speaking to a manager wouldn't help. The problem doesn't lie with the kind people behind the desks. In my opinion, the problem lies where the work is actually supposed to get done.... If I am a paying customer, and am willing to pay for honest services, I would appreciate the work getting done accurately and honestly so I don't have to second-guess if the work was actually completed. I wish I had a better review to leave, but I just don't. More

I would like to Thank Javier and his whole Team! Their Service was Top Notch! I recommend rabbit ear antenna (cheap) on the TV in the customer waiting room. Free over the air TV would be nice.
