What you experienced, from the lack of timely communication and unreturned calls to the confusion surrounding your parts status and the nearly three-week turnaround, falls far short of the standard of service we hold ourselves to and we take full responsibility for that. We completely understand how unacceptable it is to be left without updates for days at a time especially when you made the effort to reach out multiple times and received little to no response. The miscommunication regarding your parts arriving before your service advisor was even notified is equally inexcusable and we are truly sorry that you were put in that position. We recognize that your trust in us was already extended as a courtesy given that you typically service your vehicle elsewhere and we deeply regret that we were not able to rise to that occasion.
