First class treatment from the moment Isaac Borquez approached me. Very helpful, asked if I have brought my truck in there before or not. I told him the check engine light had come on, there was a recall for wheel studs and if they had time, it could be serviced for oil change even though I had another 3,000 miles to go. He was very detailed in everyway. I also spoke with Tony Walker and he was very professional and friendly at the same time. I believe Tony or Isaac called me later that same day to let me know the truck needed brakes all the way around, it has 190,000 miles on it and this is the first time for brakes (I was wondering when it would need them). Not only did they take care of the check engine light, wheel stud recall, oil and filter change, brakes front and back, replaced two radiator holes and flush the radiator, all this in ONLY 2 days, I was super impressed to say the least. I had previously taken this truck to another dealership (2 miles from me) unfortunately for the check engine light. I had to make an appointment for 2 weeks out, when I dropped off the truck there on Monday July 24th, on Friday they still had not started working on my truck, called again on Monday the 31th in the afternoon and still had not diagnosed the issue and said there were 3 trucks in front of mine, I went and picked up my truck from there (6 days sitting there and nothing), yeah thanks for nothing. But I guess thanks a lot because I found my new dealership to service my Dodge 5500. There is a Dodge dealer 2 miles away from me in Canoga Park, Monrovia Dodge is 41 miles away from me. There is no way I will ever take my truck to the one in Canoga Park ever again. I will always find a way to drop it off at Monrovia Dodge. More
