From start to finish the process of buying our Rubicon was a great experience. Malcolm Weston was my point of contact when I entered your dealership. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Malcolm did not use the typical pressure approach I had been used to in past meetings with car salesmen. He was very enthusiastic about your product and calmly explained the different models and features to choose from. I was put at ease immediately with his demeanor and approach to finding the best fit for me. I was a first time Jeep buyer and now a very satisfied Jeep owner. I would happily recommend a Jeep and your dealership to anyone because of your product, but especially so because of Malcolm Weston and his approach to selling a car. We were a Mercedes family prior to our Jeep purchase, but we are now a very satisfied and happy Jeep owner! More
I genuinely did not want to leave a bad review but after 2 months of my car STILL being stuck in service, 2 months of almost zero communication (ONE phone call from them in 2 months) and promises made that 2 months of my car STILL being stuck in service, 2 months of almost zero communication (ONE phone call from them in 2 months) and promises made that will not be fulfilled afterall, something needs to be done. We took my challenger on March 21st, we were told the headgasket needed to be repaired, after repair my car still had the issue and find out its the engine. We have already paid and been waiting for the engine, Issac (who has been pretty good to us during this issue) informed us that because of misdiagnosis and us purchasing a new engine it wouldnt make sense to have a car with a new motor and still have a "noise" so management agreed to replace the differential at no additional cost. 2 months later, we are still waiting on said engine to arrive, mind you we paid for the engine April 10th, which they claimed to have ordered same day. We were told that management has since changed and they are refusing to uphold the previously made promise of replacing the differential at no additional cost. We were told the engine would arrive yesterday (may 19th) and another day has passed with no phone call or no new info. The only information we have received was because we went in person to get it. We've spent already nearly 10,000 alone to fix my car not including the money I've had to spend on ubers. We were told we would have a free one day rental and 15 dollars a day after, when we inquired on a vehicle of interest suddenly there was no free one day rental and it would be 60 a day. There's no much misleading information coming from this dealer. WHEN WILL MY CAR BE READY? WHY ISN'T MANAGEMENT UPHOLDING THEIR PROMISES? WHY IS A CUSTOMER LEFT IN THE DARK WITH SO MUCH MONEY BEING SPENT? I hope this issue is resolved, we have already contacted corporate. May 20th today and I still have no received my car back nor a phone call. This is ridiculous that management would allow this and not intervene to create a postive ending. More
We received regular updates about the status of our service. Our service advisor, Javier Gonzalez, was helpful and congenial, effectively communicating options without pressure.
