Once the car was delivered to us, he was very helpful and took a great deal of time explaining the car and all its features. He made sure the car was completely clean and that we examined the car throughly and were satisfied with the car before we took possession of it. This being our first experience with the Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid, we had a lot of questions. Anthony had a lot of patience answering all our questions to make sure we were satisfied. He also made sure we took a final test drive in the car to ensure that we were completely happy with the car as we took possession of the car. He also made sure we had his direct number so that we could contact him directly if we had a question or needed advice. We have since not had a problem with the car, but Anthony has since called us to ensure that we had no issues or problems that needed help.
