John Howard was the manager handling the recall repairs of my 2015 Diesel RAM. While the vehicle itself has been the subject of about 10 recalls, the dealership handled the repairs and I appreciate that J of my 2015 Diesel RAM. While the vehicle itself has been the subject of about 10 recalls, the dealership handled the repairs and I appreciate that John did not try to sell me on other maintenance but nonetheless, kept me apprised of the status of late parts, etc. I also like the fact that while no courtesy drop-off vans are allowed due to covid, they arranged for a Lyft. Terry Guinn in Service was excellent! I made an appointment over the phone to handle a recall on my Jeep. This was simple and they had an appointment open on the next day! I pulled up and was immed appointment over the phone to handle a recall on my Jeep. This was simple and they had an appointment open on the next day! I pulled up and was immediately assisted by Terry. The drop off was quick and simple. I got a complementary lyft ride home. I called a few hours later and they had washed my truck for me after fixing it! Lovely!!!! More
