Experience was pretty good overall. Sales person was not much help and didn’t know much about their product. Worst part was my Jeep was missing and A/C vent accessory and was supposed Sales person was not much help and didn’t know much about their product. Horrible experience with Josh Wagner. Had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and to have top of jeep checked for leak. He assured me oil change was done, but will check with tech about top and will call me back. Josh never called back so I went to dealership to pick up car unannounced. Josh was out to lunch so other service rep gave me my keys and said Josh will call me back. Josh, again, never called back, I called and spoke to Josh, he said he thought oil change was done. Normally tech updates work when completed. So Josh lied to me on a recorded line. He told me I could go back and have old change done. I told him he had a day 1/2 to do it. He also to me he would work with a manger on site to comp oil change and will also have Tony Walker call me back. Over a week later I have not received a call. Poor service More
