I’ve been in the market for a Ram truck for a few months. Went online to build truck I was looking for. Nationwide there was one available near me. Two hour drive took me to Sierra CDJR of Monrovia. To this day I still can’t tell you who my sales person is/was? I dealt with several different salespeople with different titles at the dealership throughout process which is confusing. Anyway had truck sent to dealership approved ORW for lift kit/tires to be installed. After a week truck was ready for pick up. Dealership/salesperson knew my estimated arrival time and was suppose to have truck detailed and ready to go. I arrived and truck was parked out front, so assumed it was good to go. Well after signing two documents I was ready. Turned around and truck was being driven around back? After a little while I asked and was told it was being fueled and tags installed? Why this hadn’t been done prior I’m not sure? Anyway after 45min to an hour truck comes back and had DEF spilled all over side! Salesman overfilled it and did horrible job trying to clean it off. Now def mix all over side and tire of my new $96,000 truck! Not to mention the original detail job was not done well at all. Not too happy bringing my brand new truck home and having to wash off def spill. Also forgot to mention that when I asked about the bed plugs for the 5th wheel, I was first told those are separate and don’t come with the truck. Are you kidding me! At this price I have to buy bed plugs. Well luckily that was misinformation. They did come with the truck. Anyhow, I feel that there were too many players involved in my sale and I still don’t know who officially sold me the truck? Not to happy with detail job or def spill on my new truck. Wife ordered new jeep cherokee and it’s being shipped to another dealership. All in all I got the truck I wanted with the tires/wheels, and lift I chose under warranty so that was a bonus. Just wish things had gone a little smoother at the end. Communication was really good during buying process which was helpful. More
I drove 3 hours to purchase the car I found at a very reasonable price, didn't have to haggle too much to receive what I wanted. To say that I have not had good experiences with this dealership is an understatement. They have continually failed to fix the air conditioning in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which began having issues w dealership is an understatement. My car was in and out of their service center for this issue numerous times, which posed a huge inconvenience, yet the problem was never fully remedied. It has been a chronic issue and over the last five years the dealership has overcharged me, failed to provide me with rental vehicles, and spoken to me like I was an idiot. They recently told me it would cost $3300 to fix my air conditioning so, having reached my limit with them, I went elsewhere and paid just $700. I have zero faith in the honesty, integrity, and competence of the dealership. On another occasion, my water pump had to be replaced so I took it to the dealership for service. Shockingly, within just a few months, it had to be replaced again due to it being improperly installed by their mechanics. No apology was offered. The dealership acted like they were doing me a favor by replacing it for free, with little concern about the hardship it posed while I had no working vehicle to get to and from work. In my dealings with them, everything was a battle and I had to fight hard to receive even a bit of what I deserved as a loyal customer. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! More
I elected to have my service completed at Sierra CDJR after experiencing the worst service experience at Envision CDJR in Covina. I was extremely pleased with my service advisor at Sierra- Javier. He explained the work to be performed and quickly set up a Lyft ride to bring me home. My service was completed quickly. Overall, I was extremely happy with my service experience. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle at Sierra. More
