Was not able to diagnose the problem and kept my truck for three days and the truck only moved around lunch time. Had an extended warranty and wasn’t given a rental car. The cherry on top was I was not ab for three days and the truck only moved around lunch time. Had an extended warranty and wasn’t given a rental car. The cherry on top was I was not able to bring it in on Friday because that is the tech catch up day. So I had to miss work on Monday to bring in the truck for which they did nothing. If my truck broke down in front of the dealership, I would not bring it here More

I did not have the best experience on my last visit. I came in with body work that needed to be done. The quotes I received were high, and was relaying information to the service technician via text mes I came in with body work that needed to be done. The quotes I received were high, and was relaying information to the service technician via text message. Initially I had asked to start all of the work, however, upon further review, I noted that I needed to perform one of the work items, and wait on another. I relayed that information via text message via the messaging system. The tech failed to inform me that because the parts were not in stock they were going to hold my car until those parts became available, I needed my car for work, and this did not work, and I was not informed of that. I had to call several times to pick up my car. Then, when I went to pick up my car, I was told I had to pay for the parts in advance that I had asked to hold off on, or they would not release my car. I then asked if I could get a refund for those parts because I had asked to hold off on that particular repair and was told that it was too late. Ultimately, while I am sure the repairs that I need will get done, the service I received, was less than adequate, hard to get a hold of, and unwilling to admit to a mistake, and fix the problem, despite me having screenshots of the text thread, asking to hold off on the one particular repair. I will be attempting to contact the manager of the dealership to attempt to get this corrected. Again, while I’m sure the work would’ve been performed in a satisfactory fashion, the communication was lacking in. The overall service was also lacking. More
