He was able to get us a window locally, get us into the service department the same day and get us back on the road by the next morning to continue our travel plans. This was a life saver as there was no way to secure the vehicle . It would have been easy for Michael to tell us they were booked when everyone is busy and everyone wants their stuff done right away.
