Destroying the Black Paint on my 2014 Acura RLX During a warranty repair they decided to buff my four month old 2014 Acura RLX, without my approval. When I picked up the vehicle I was shock to see During a warranty repair they decided to buff my four month old 2014 Acura RLX, without my approval. When I picked up the vehicle I was shock to see that they had buff marks on the entire car. After several calls they asked me to bring the car back to take care of the issue. When I picked it up in the evening it looked great, but when the sun came out two days later, buff marks were everywhere. I reached out to the Service Manager and he basically told me that is the best they could do. I reached out to Acura and they told me it is a dealership issue. To date I have reach out to the general manager of Montgomeryville Acura, and he will not return my calls. They basically are walking away from the issue which was totally caused by them. Great now I am stuck with a five month old black RLX which looks TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Why did they buff my car???? I did not ask them to do it? If they would of asked I would told them NO!!!! I would never buff a five month old black car.... What type of IDIOT would buff a new black car!!!!!! The warranty issue I bought the car in for did not have anything to do with the paint. WHY????? They told me they did this service out of the kindness of there heart. They will not even return my call!!!!!! OVERALL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would recommend others to look at a Lexus or Cadillac. Acura as a long way to go to match there level of service. Worse experience in my life. Now I have a five month old Black RLX with a bad paint job.... As for the General Manager, you would think he would have the respect to return a phone call!!!! More

My Wonderful Experience at Montgomeryville Acura I was looking for a used SUV. I had heard from a friend that Montgomeryville Acura had a great reputation and they have a variety of options of used c I was looking for a used SUV. I was able to test drive all of the SUVs that I was interested in on their lot. The sales person, Leon Yefimov, and used car manager, Craig Munholland, listened to my needs and helped me find something that I could afford and matched my idea of my ideal SUV. I had an Acura a long while back that reached 300,000 thousand miles. I thought the Acura was out of my league in terms of cost. I drove several SUVs including Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. The last SUV I drove was a used 2011 Acura MDX base model with low mileage. Once I drove this car I knew that it was the one. It handled the road beautifully. The sales person was able to answer all of my questions about the car. The used car manager, Craig Munholland, gave me a fabulous price for my trade in 2005 Honda Odyssey van. It was not a long process. Craig Munholland was able to figure out the numbers right away so I knew immediately that I could afford the car. They offered a wonderful extension on the warranty. I drive a lot of miles so that was a good piece of mind to have the extra coverage. I did not live close to the dealership so they were able to bring the car to me. Leon Yefimov, sales person, delivered the car to my home and took the time to review all of the features. The car was detailed and looked great. The whole process was very easy and I knew I got a good deal. I am thrilled with my choice. Since I have owned the vehicle, I have heard from the general manager of the dealership to see how my experience was and I also heard from the service department checking to see if I had any questions about the car. I would highly recommend the Acura Montgomeryville Dealership to someone that was interested in any used car or a used Acura or new Acura. It was a great experience and definitely worth the hour ride to go car shopping!!!! More

I had an excellent experience with Daren Tolbert at Montgomeryville Acura. Daren is extremely friendly and courtious. He is also very knowledgeable about the Acura cars and SUV's. I was looking at three (3) different manufacturers of SUV's and Montgomeryville Acura was the only dealership that provided a typed / written quote showing the MSRP; the discount off the MSRP; trade-in allowance; taxes; and fees (broken down) to get to the net sales price of the car. Their written quote also provided three (3) purchase options (all showing the apr) and two (2) lease options. The other two (2) dealership provided some of the information handwritten on a piece of paper. One (1) dealership (Toyota) gave me extremely limited information (like the information was a secret) written on a post-it note and written on the back of the salesman's business card. I thought this was very unprofessional for Toyota to do this. I got a price that I was extremely satisfied with, without a lot of haggling. I had a truly wonderful experience with Daren Tolbert and everyone at Montgomeryville Acura. More
