Michael Conwell is fabulous! So, I was in there in March with my Mother as she was looking for a new car (she gets very attached to her cars and was on the fence about a new one). So, I was in there in March with my Mother as she was looking for a new car (she gets very attached to her cars and was on the fence about a new one). Michael understood her hesitation and concerns, didn't pressure her and kept things light and fun. Michael and George did a fabulous job answering her questions and getting her the car and deal she wanted. That's exactly the reason I came back in April. I wasn't sure if I really wanted or needed a new car since mine was only 5 years old but after test driving and talking with Michael decided a new car was the way to go. Montrose Ford only had a white Explorer Platinum on the lot so Michael called around and located one in the color I wanted (which in my past experience a lot of dealerships won't do so kudos to Montrose!). My husband really wanted me to go look at the comparable Lexus vehicle (even had an appointment scheduled to test drive) but Micheal and the finance team really came through and worked with us on what we needed/wanted. I was nervous buying the car sight unseen but was confident Michael would never steer me wrong. It was a great experience all around. Michael is very fun to work with, quick to laugh, knowledgable and listens to the customer! I love my car! More
