I love the professionalism and the friendliness from the first phone call to schedule service to walking in the door to pick up my vehicle and being greeted by friendly people and always helpful. Service no first phone call to schedule service to walking in the door to pick up my vehicle and being greeted by friendly people and always helpful. Service now is incorporating a video of your vehicle on the lift letting you know what they find or don't find which is exceptional, great job! More

I had noticed that when set at a specific speed, it can at times speed up or slow down independently of any of my actions or any traffic on the road ahead. Because of that I asked if it was functioning normal and if they could check it. They charged me $189 to tell me that my cruise control was an intelligent, dynamic cruise control that could speed up and slow down independent of any actions on my part or traffic on the road ahead. And yes, that was a normal function. I would have expected a dealership, after plugging in the VIN number for Service, that they could have notified me that my Vehicle had intelligent, dynamic cruise control, and questioned me further to investigate any suspected malfunction before charging me $189 to check it out. After I complained, a manager looked up my vehicle and within about three minutes stated I had intelligent, dynamic, cruise control, and, yes, it does do that. No one that I talked to, was willing to make any adjustment to my bill More

I took my car in because of starting issues, Montrose Ford did a 10 point inspection on their own and found a four other issues the only one remotely related to the reason why I took my car in was the battery and I refuse to replace it like they recommended but I did follow their recommendations on the other three issues one being the rear gate. After a couple of days repairing my vehicle I called for an update and they said they needed more time to diagnose the rear gate along with more money, a lot more money. I refuse and picked up my car. So now my rear gate is inoperable. I was schedule to take my car back in but two days before that happened I decided to replace the fuse that was related to the gate and it fixed the issue. I called and asked what was the $248 dollars I paid was for which I thought was for them to repair what they said was wrong the gate like the other two issues they repaired but now it turned into a diagnostic fee. After a couple of conversations of the GM Matt and I going back and forth as to why I was charged $248 for a diagnostic fee I didn’t ask for, I told them to keep the money and have a great day. The service I received was great but it turned into something frustrating because they took it upon themselves to look at additional areas of my car, for instance they also told me my brakes and rotors were fine I didn’t ask for them to look at that, my tires were fine I didn’t ask for them to inspect that either, all these things they inspected which I did not take my care in for but they did an inspection and charged me a diagnostic fee for something they didn’t fix and I didn’t ask for. So I paid $250 for a fuse which I bought and repaired my own gate! We got a friend in Montrose. More
