He is friendly, caring and always above board for the customer making them feel relaxed and takes the stress out of the purchasing of a new or used vehicle. I had a really bad experience years ago with a Kia dealership and their sales person and was lied to by a sales person from Ganley so I had a pre set "idea" of what I was in for but Marvin was head and shoulders above them in every way.
