Sure. we originally worked with Kaleb Johnston he demo'd the car the previous week and we messaged him that we would like to buy thursday, and could come in friday, and needed to transfer our current car to our daughter while we bought the rogue. Originally we were going to come in at 5pm, but Kaleb said that was too late in the day and agreed 4pm would work. when we got to your lot at 4pm Kaleb was working with other customers so we were passed off to Autumn. I explained to her what i had previously discussed with Kaleb about being able to make a good deal based on another offer i had from JonnSisson nissan in washington pa. I was explaining to Autumn that the Sisson offer did not include down payment of 6000 where here offer did. her price was otd including down payment was more than sissons without any down payment. I asked for row by row break down of price because she was only providing final number with 6k down payment. when she finally provided breakdown it included the 2495 protection package and she said i could not refuse it as it is already applied to all cars on the lot. In the mean time she said that your notary had left for the day so the 2nd part of the deal we needed to complete that night could not happen in your store. I had to call around and find a notary to transfer my car to our daugher at 730pm. we decided to sign off on the car because we were stuck, we needed to transfer our car and could not be without one so just accepted last offer. the next hour plus sat at her desk with no communication and i had to find and explain to Kaleb i needed to leave your store by 645 to transfer my car. while signing the paperwork with Kaleb i reiterated i did not want the 2495 protection package but Autumn said i had no choice. I signed the paperwork and barely made it to the notary to transfer my car. the next issue started monday where i had to return to your store on monday taking another two hours between driving there and arguing with Zach that Autumn said i did not have a choice on the protection package and said she would not say that because it was not true. he also kept trying to sell how good the package was and talk down to me like i did not understand what i was talking about and was lying about what i was told. Now i am stuck with a protection plan that i did not want and have to return to your shop to use even though i have been treated poorly already. Your shop is the closest Nissan to grove city so wanted to have the most convenient location if ever needed warranty work but now am not comfortable using your shop. I had previously bought a 2010 Frontier new from your dealership so was a return customer.

Zach also tried to guilt me saying I made Autumn cry and she was very upset. I was never mean or raised my voice just kept trying to explain the numbers as I saw them. no one else on your sales team tried to talk to me or help her understand the numbers.

As I said, wasn't happy with my two visit after purchasing this car that I brought Nov,21. 16Mazda CX. One wk later the indicator light kept coming on saying tire is low. Went in twice but they kept insisting the tires were fine. I was out the day we had the first cold snap &my tire went flat, Lucky I was near a gas station so I could put air to get to a garage to have the tire checked, They took the tire off and it was fine but there was some sort of buildup between the rim and tire, so it was slowly losing air. they cleaned it out and put tire back on . I'm just thankful I wasn't on highway. That my experience with your service dept.. G Hayes
