I explained that my older van has been in for repair of its air conditioning. I had paid the other dealer $1500. For fixing it only to have it go out after a month. He took my car and examined the problem. Instead of taking more of my money,he sympathetically explained it wasn’t fixable as part were no longer available. He said everything else was in good shape but there had been a recall due to a problem with the rear axle. He kept the van for several days to replace the axle free of charge. He now has my business for life. Thank you Hodges for hiring quality people and caring about Ford Customers. More
