We had hit something in the road on our drive south to Florida. I was traveling home alone with my two young sons. Jason checked our tire and assured me they would have us back on the road in no time and they did! He went above and beyond as I had no appointment and didn’t charge me to patch the tire. Our rear rim was losing air and we were pulling a large fifth wheel. Luckily we happened upon Hodges Ford. The service department found that the rim had cracked and required replacement. Good Day Yesterday I took my 2015 F150 to Hodges Ford for regular service. While waiting, I started looking around the lot and found a 2014 F350 King Ranch. Yesterday I took my 2015 F150 to Hodges Ford for regular service. While waiting, I started looking around the lot and found a 2014 F350 King Ranch. The truck looked as if it had never been off the lot. I pull a camper that pushed the limits of my F150. To make a long story short, I came home with the King Ranch. Salesman Kenny Brown was friendly, knowledgeable, and if he didn't know, he wasted no time finding the answer. He also is as honest a sales person I have ever had dealings with. As a matter of fact, this is the second vehicle I have purchased from Kenny. While there I was helped by Duncan Molloy, sales manager, Kevin Brooks in finance and Don Woods the lot manager. I could tell this was a team, and I got the feeling all were there to help me and no one else. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Next time I need a vehicle, I'll make Hodges Ford my first, and probably only stop. More
