I was very unhappy with the representatives lack of knowledge and nonchalant demeanor. Next, I bought my vehicle new off the showroom floor 4 years ago. A component designed to last 10 - 15 years failed and the dealership explanation was "oh well, it happened." I am very unhappy with the service, the professionalism and their overall lack of courtesy. More
