The sales tax are not proper calculated, they tax the registration fees. 3. They install an aftermarket security system on their cars. That is probably why the GPS and XM radio is not working on the used Dodge Charger R/T AWD with 36,600 miles that I just bought. I will know more once I have a mechanic looking at it but per the computer diagnostic, it seems to be an open cable. Why was such 3rd party system installed and not even disclosed verbally by the sales person? 4. I had to call many times and put a lot of pressure to get proper numbers. They wanted me to just stop by when they know that I am 4.5 hours away. Why would I make such a trip without assurance that I there is a good chance that I am buying the car? Due to such delay, I had very little time when I arrived and ended to buy a car without a working GPS / XM. If they would not have wasted my time, i would have arrived earlier and I would have had the time to test the car myself and discover that the GPS / XM is not working. Summary: They make you wait, they do everything to place you at into a vulnerable situation so they can take advantage of you. The car was a good deal (hopefully, because if I have to replace the head unit, it won't). The buying experience: one of the worst. Oh, and by the way, most of my interactions were with the sales manager.
