Avoid the service department at all costs! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to have their car serviced by Moore Chrysler! Evidently an appointment doesn't mean squat. First service appointment I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to have their car serviced by Moore Chrysler! Evidently an appointment doesn't mean squat. First service appointment took them 2 full days to do an oil change, rotate the tires, 2 computer programming recalls and diagnose a few other warranty issues. Told it would be 3-5 days for parts to repair. 3 weeks later after calling 3 different times to find out if parts had arrived I'm told they just arrived the day before? So I schedule a second appointment for a few days later to get remaining work done, as well as have them fix something that was supposedly fixed the first visit, with the understanding that I need a loaner if they couldn't complete the same day. Bring it in first thing in the morning and wait for an hour just to get a shuttle ride to work. Get a call at 3pm telling me they were going to need it another day, so I remind him I need a loaner and wouldn't you know they don't have any available. He offers to give me the vehicle back though and just reschedule? If my car is torn apart for service why would you put it back together so I can drive it instead of just finishing the work? After discussing with the Mrs. and verifying with Jake that they'd finish it the next day or get me a loaner, guaranteed, we decided to let them keep it. So 2pm the 2nd day rolls around and I get a call asking if they can keep it for another day as the tech had just started working on it. Light bulb moment, it just took them a day and a half to even put the car on the lift! He gives me the confirmation# for the rental from Enterprise down the road. Take my wife into Enterprise after work only to find they were short of vehicles and we needed to wait an hour for a vehicle. Day 3 rolls around and I hear nothing for the better part of the day, after several calls Jake finally calls me back and says they'll "hopefully" have it done by 5. I remind him the rental is due back by 4:30. He says we'll take it back and you'll just have to wait until the car is done. Wow, talk about customer service! This may be the most convenient dealership to us and they entice you with a free set of replacement tires if you get all your service work done here, but I'm done with them I don't care if it costs me $1,000 set of tires. More

Very long I was there for 2 1/2 hours before I was told they couldn’t sell the car I was looking at to me. They wasted a bunch of my time, but then we came to a I was there for 2 1/2 hours before I was told they couldn’t sell the car I was looking at to me. They wasted a bunch of my time, but then we came to a solution and I was able to purchase the car I was originally looking at. Roy seemed like he had no clue what he was doing, we went to get gas in the car and he left the keys at the dealership so we had to wait until a kid drove and gave us the keys. Once we were handed off to Chris our experience was much better and he even delivered my car to me and showed me exactly how to use it. Chris was a good salesperson burn Roy on the other hand was absolutely terrible. More

Bummed Look, I have mixed emotions. I was excited because I wanted brand new car and I wanted the Chrysler Pacifica. When I came to the dealership we discuss Look, I have mixed emotions. I was excited because I wanted brand new car and I wanted the Chrysler Pacifica. When I came to the dealership we discussed how we really don't want to have a monthly payment of over $400 and he said he will try and work it out. But then he brings in another guy which is kind of their thing, who talks really fast and before I know it my monthly payment is $600. And yes we can afford it but it's not the point. 🙄 During the test drive of the car we noticed the molding panel part was pulled out of place I thought that was odd for a brand new car. We also noticed a low battery light on the ESS battery. So we were told they need to replace the battery that was practically dead on a brand new vehicle who only had 50 miles on it. Then when I'm finally able to get my car after spending six hours there the first day. I show my sister and realize the AC doesn't work. All it's doing is blowing hot air. So I have to turn around and go back to the dealership. I'm embarrassed because I was excited about my new car and already found three issues with it before even taking it home! I mentioned to the employees that I feel like I bought a lemon and that there's way too much going broken in this car for it being a brand new car. now our sales person was really trying to be accommodating and my husband and I appreciated that. but what the dealership needs to understand is that when you sell a vehicle, how about you make sure it actually is in 100% condition before you show the customer the vehicle. I'm sure the salesperson was just as embarrassed. So with this in mind, I really am enjoying the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, so far. But I wouldn't buy a vehicle from here ever again. More
