Spencer seems like a young desk manager that is going to continue to improve with continued success in the future. I sold cars before and have bought plenty and have not met to many desk managers I have come across that has gotten my respect. Marty my salesman he is respectful, knowledgeable, and good at what he does also. The finance guy I had Evan Robin who name is only mention so others can be aware was horrible. The finance guy I dealt with has something going on in his life that he can't handle and is taking it out on everyone he sees. There was a feel of anger and sad in that office and my wife and I tried to stay positive and finish the deal. She had to leave the office a couple of times because of the negative energy. A couple years ago I would have adsorbed that negativity and there would have been issues in that office. What ever it was had nothing to do with us and he didn't even do his job correctly. He didn't go over none of the extra options that was already on the vehicle to see if we wanted it before it was disabled. I just wish him all the best because he is going through something and I hope he learns how to handle it. More

Didnt fix my problem Took my 2016 jeep cherokee in because start/stop wasnt working and because my key fob would intermittently not work. I asked about manually unlocking Took my 2016 jeep cherokee in because start/stop wasnt working and because my key fob would intermittently not work. I asked about manually unlocking my car if the fob doesnt work. (I've done this in the past but the alarm goes off.) I asked if there was a way to bypass the alarm or reset it, Aaron didnt know the answer and didn't see help to find the answer. They kept my jeep in the shop for 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Monday) for diagnostics on the battery. I never received a phone call stating my car was done or even notified of updates along the way. I initiated a call around 2 o'clock on Monday and was told "yeah, your car is done, come pick it up." When I got to the dealership Aaron told me, "we replaced the battery everything is working fine now. Give it 3 days for the battery to work properly and the start/stop function to work." He also was diligent in explaining my basic warranty was almost up and I should consider purchasing an extended warranty. (I purchased the platinum plan extended warranty when I bought my car).Left the dealer, start/stop not working. Two days later have the SAME issue with my keyfob (try to unlock my car and cant do it by pushing the button on keyfob or by putting my hand in the handle). Call Moore to schedule a follow up visit. The receptionist (cant recall her name) said Aaron, my advisor, was busy. She took down my name and number and told me he would call me back. It's been 2 days now and I haven't received a call. In the meantime I scheduled service at Airpark Jeep in Scottsdale. They were able to get me in on Saturday (yesterday). Charlie Brummett was great. He took time to answer questions before they took my car into the shop. He ran the diagnostics test in front of me. They had my car from 7 am until approx 2pm. I picked it up the same day. As I drove off the lot my start/stop function worked immediately, no 3 day wait as I was told from Moore Jeep. Also, he explained to me they tested my keyfob for frequency signal and tested the battery. From now on I will drive a longer distance to receive exceptional care at Airpark Jeep. More

Best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. I'm 47 yrs young & have purchased many vehicles but until now have never experienced the excitement of it. Our salesman Ray Sosa was so down to earth I'm 47 yrs young & have purchased many vehicles but until now have never experienced the excitement of it. Our salesman Ray Sosa was so down to earth and honest. No pressure no B.S NO KIDNAPPING OF OUR KEYS HAHA. RAY didn't give us one price and change it later as most salesmen do either. The dealership didn't Mark up the pricing to then later make us feel like they were giving us a duscount, they were upfront from the beginning and gave us so many incentives to get the best price possible for our jeep. We were also given a fair trade in amount. the negotiation process was more like a discussion then a negitiation. I can not say enough great things about this dealership and especially Ray Sosa our salesman it was honestly the smoothest and yes most exciting visit I've ever had dealing with a salesman and auto dealership. This is what everyone should experience at a dealership. You should leave excited and happy about your new vehicle, loan, and experience. IF YOU NEED A VEHICLE AND WANT AN HONEST SALESMAN THEN YOU GO SEE RAY SOSA YOU WON'T REGRET IT. And Pete Saenz in finance was also so professional and patient. He was sick and still stayed way later then closing to get us taken care of. He explained everything well and helped us to get the lowest financing and payment possible.
