He is the best I have ever dealt with. Always knows who I am and remembers my name, which is impressive to customers. Additionally, I have come to know Wally, in the Showroom. Am purchasing a vehicle from him. He is a straight shooter and extremely personable. Treats you like family and makes you want to buy from Moore’s Dealership. Steve, the Fleet Manager, I met him briefly, but he too, is an asset to the organization. Mrs Moore, whatever you are doing to hire the best people, you are doing it right. Was very happy working with the sales team. My issue is simple I was told they would order a second key for my four runner. A week latter was told I needed to order it because you could not. Well if I am told one thing and then another happens. Well not good customer service. For this reason this will be my last time visiting any Moore dealerships.
