Only took 4 hours to buy my car & I was preapproved. My wife and I called about a specific Pacifica we found on the website. We made it very clear we were only coming down to check out one car. As soon as we pulled into the lot Brandon who stated he was new on the website. We made it very clear we were only coming down to check out one car. As soon as we pulled into the lot Brandon who stated he was new with the company was very attentive to our needs. He helped us locate the Van (Pacifica) we saw online, showed us the many features and took us for a test drive. We went inside and started talking about a price and worked out a deal. Brandon was excellent to work with and never tried to pressure us into the deal or look at another car. Previous dealerships have tried this trick on us and it does not work. We had a great experience with Brandon and were extremely happy with his performance. This was also his first sale! We then moved on to Troy who finished up the deal. He was equally pleasant and helpful. This is my second Jeep purchase from Moore and will be my third Jeep they will service. I have gone to many dealerships but I seem to always end up at Moore . Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We did leave the dealership with exactly what we wanted. More
