My wife and I felt very respected at this dealership and our business was earned as a result. Their online listing was thorough and we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted. Our requests for test driving by o our business was earned as a result. Their online listing was thorough and we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted. Our requests for test driving by ourselves with my wife and kids was allowed and we were on our way getting a feel for our potential purchase. When it came time to talk numbers, there was a no nonsense offer. The price we came in for is what we were offered plus one reasonable dealer fee. We gave our best offer after seeing theirs and we made a deal that we felt at peace about and that we were getting a great value. Roy M. was a very excellent and respectable sales advisor. In our paperwork process with finance, Peter S. offered fair prices on additional options you can get on the vehicle and was up front when we asked for clarification along the way of the contract signing. We were at the dealer a total of two hours which was fast from prior experience we have had and it was not intimidating at all. I told both gentlemen that they did a great job and earned our business with the respect and straightforward discussions with us. The delivery of the vehicle, including the detailing and overall condition was superb and we have a gorgeous new-to-us vehicle. I hope this review helps others in choosing a dealer. More
