Roy was a great guy. Liked him alot. Everything was going good, untill we needed a repair on our new vehicle; Took it down saturday guy told me he set me up tuesday for repair. Showed up tuesday and there wa good, untill we needed a repair on our new vehicle; Took it down saturday guy told me he set me up tuesday for repair. Proceed with caution as they will try to pull a fast one on you with financing to make some $$ on the backside with the lender. Already had financing approved and clearly told them that I was using my fina on you with financing to make some $$ on the backside with the lender. Already had financing approved and clearly told them that I was using my financing and yet they told me it was a requirement to pull my credit (even if you were paying cash they said??) which I told them there was no need to. We agreed on a price and then they pulled my credit and was going to submit the application to the same lender I already had approval from. When I asked Spencer why and was it so they could make $$ on the backside his response was “yes and what’s wrong with that and it wouldn’t ding my credit as it was only an inquiry.” NOT the point Spencer!!! I ended up leaving and later received a call from Steve who wanted to know what it would take to save the deal. He became very defensive when I questioned the integrity of his staff. They lost a $64k sale on a vehicle that isn’t even on the lot yet! More
