Worst customer service I have experienced You can never get a hold of a service rep. My wife and I have called and left messeges multiple times for Mike. Never a call back, nothing! One time I had to drive over there just to talk to him because he refused to answer his phone or when he was paged. I even requested to speak the service manager and he was just as worthless as Mike.
