Aaron was great with communications and getting my jeep fixe Talked with Aaron on the phone about my problem with my new JL and scheduled an appointment. Provided me a ride back to my home and after 1-1/2 days recieved a call with a progress report and when my vehicle would be finished. Picked up my JL and was given a complete report of problems fixed, drove my vehicle and was back to perfect condition ! The same day asked him if the parts department had tires and wheels in stock for my Jeep and he walked me over and assisted me with the parts people and I purchased 5 wheels and tires right there on the spot ! Great Service st Moore Jeep! Took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee in for routine oil and filter maintenance and investigate a fog light that was not working. My service advisor is Michael Took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee in for routine oil and filter maintenance and investigate a fog light that was not working. My service advisor is Michael Harrington. Michael listened to all of my issues and also suggested that the engine and cabin air filters be checked. Michael personally had the mechanic bring him the engine and cabin air filters and then Michael brought the filters to me so that I could them. I was so impressed with Michael’s involvement and dedication! In my opinion, he definitely went above and beyond from my previous experiences from other Jeep dealerships. I feel Michael Harrington definitely needs to be recognized for superior service he provided me. More
