Phone person needs to be kinder and work more with the custo Saturday I had called to get an oil change on my Jeep. The person who I spoke with was not helpful y’all. I had asked if they had time to do an oil change her response was I cannot answer that. I asked if I could have it back that day. Again I cannot answer that. Why have someone who cannot look at a schedule and tell someone yea or no. Asked to be transferred to someone who could let us know. Again she was not able to do that. She asked if she could have someone call me back I said sure an hour went by no phone call. So drove over had Justin as a service advisor which he was awesome. It only to oil chang about a half hour. If I didn’t show up I probably would not of Houma oil changed that day and hard for me to get in there during the work week because of work. Great job Justin. Not so Great Coleen. More

Mike Harrington made my experience a pleasant one Had my Jeep in for some warranty work and Mike H. diagnosed the problem right away, gave me an accurate estimate of the time my vehicle would be neede Had my Jeep in for some warranty work and Mike H. diagnosed the problem right away, gave me an accurate estimate of the time my vehicle would be needed, and gave me helpful status updates along the way. He also obtained a loaner vehicle for me. The only less than ideal part of my experience was that I could not get the repairs done on the day of my original scheduled appointment. Work was not done. I called Moore because I receive a recall letter on the air bag. I was told I could have it taken care on 2/11/19, I made the appointment and made ar I called Moore because I receive a recall letter on the air bag. I was told I could have it taken care on 2/11/19, I made the appointment and made arrangements to drop my Jeep off on 2/9/19, I also scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive a phone call the morning of 2/11 regarding the status of my vehicle, so I called Moore about noon, after 15 minutes on hold, I was told you did not have the part and would not have for about 2 weeks. Had I not called you, I wonder if and when you would have called me with this info? I would not have scheduled the oil change and tire rotation if I knew you did not have the recall part. When I was there I politely asked to speak with the Service Manager was basically told that he was too busy to talk with me as he was on a conference call. If you were me would you appreciate this kind of service? More
