Excellent I would say that I’ve had a great experience with Moore Chrysler and jeeps service department, although it’s not their fault that Chapman Chevy sold m I would say that I’ve had a great experience with Moore Chrysler and jeeps service department, although it’s not their fault that Chapman Chevy sold me a lemon, they were determined to fix all problems as if it was there fault. Less than hoped for From the moment I dropped off the vehicle I got the impression that the service agent did not care for my business. I arrived at 7:00 for a 7:00 appoi From the moment I dropped off the vehicle I got the impression that the service agent did not care for my business. I arrived at 7:00 for a 7:00 appointment and when the service agent arrived at 7:05 the first thing he said was “are you in a hurry, I assume so because your standing here.” I was not in a hurry, only wanted to be there for my scheduled appointment. The fix required my car to help held for several days due to a part needing to be shipped in, I did not have an issue with that. I told my adviser several times that I wanted to redeem the free oil change we were given when we purchased the car. When my wife picked up the card they tried to charge her for the oil change, saying I had not told them it should be free. I told him three times. Also when my wife picked up the car it was not cleaned. It would have been nice to have a clean car after it had been in the shop for a week. More

My only issue with Moore is scheduling a service. When you call for a covered service. Weather it’s a tire replacement, recall, or warranty repair. The schedulers transfer you the customer to the parts department to check if the “ part” is available. When you talk to someone in parts they are bewildered way the schedulers do that. Even the parts department agrees that’s a huge lack of customer service. After purchasing a car at a location when you call to schedule service and ask for help. The last thing you should have to do as a customer is an employee job. I can’t understand why the scheduler can not call parts and make sure what you need is in stock. When it’s related to your service appointment. This not about calling in for parts. It’s about having to do the inventory check as a customer for the schedulers. It’s completely stupid and makes Moore dealership look incompetent. I have been going here for 7 years and this “work flow” just started within the last year and a half. More

I did notice the next day that the detail shop did not fully clean my Jeep. There was dust behind the visors and the interior was not fully vacuumed or cleaned. Very disappointed as I spent 200 dollars for a mediocre cleaning that I could have paid 20 dollars for at the corner car wash. More
