The only reason I gave you a 4 star is the policy from upper management that has a very aggressive maintenance check list. The Chrysler service manual for my Town & Country should be used for recommended service intervals. Example is a $75 brake inspection is not needed after 20,000 miles. If you don't follow Moore's service schedule then you are disqualified for the free tire replacement program that was included with the original purchase of our vehicle. I will take this into consideration when I trade in our van next year. More
Still not fixed. I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in because the transmission was shifting erratically, like it has before. If you do a search you will find this is a common problem with this model. Last time I brought this Jeep in for this problem, they fixed it with a computer update. This time the service writer said they couldn't duplicate the problem. And I could leave it a couple of days and they could see if they could duplicate the problem. I needed the car the next day and they didn't offer a free loaner car, so I left without getting it fixed. In their parking lot as I was leaving, it had another erratic shift. And it shifts erratically frequently. I still have a couple more years on the drive train warranty, so I will wait until it gets worse. In my opinion, they know that these cars have a transmission problem but they don't know how to fix it. So they say they can't find a problem. This is the fourth brand new Jeep I purchased in the last 15 years. This one has by far been the worst as far as problems. The employees are friendly and all that, but when you spend thousands of dollars for a new vehicle, you expect it to be of good quality. And when it disappoints you, you expect them to fix it right away or give you transportation until they fix it. I only go here because it is 2 miles from my house, and it is the dealership that sold it to me. My next vehicle will probably not be the Jeep brand. More

Should have checked One of my problems was the oil light being on before I took it in. I had to wait, during lunch hour, for over an hour and then the car was taken back for the tech to look at it.
