And unlike the others where no one came to help, or were pushy, Wilbur was helpful, informative, and gave us plenty of space and time to make our decision. Oil change destroyed my engine Just got home from 1st service on 6.7 diesel, got out of my truck and I could smell oil. Let it cool off and checked oil barely any oil on the stick. Horrible dealership This afternoon I look my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon completion I pulled away from the dealership and could immediately feel This afternoon I look my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon completion I pulled away from the dealership and could immediately feel something was wrong with the vehicle. Before I could turn around and take it back I could see the driver rear wheel outside the wheel well and coming off. I am fortunate enough that I caught this right away as their neglect could have been disasterous. I have had bad dealings with their sales department before and would never buy a vehicle from them but service had been ok until this point but now I will never step foot in their dealership and do my best to make sure anyone I know uses another dealership for service or sales. More

We had checked with dealerships all around the Charlotte area - Gastonia - Huntersville and Hickory and every body's pricing was in the same ball park however the way Lou talked to us not only on the phone before, but during our visit there made us realize that this was the ones we wanted to take care of my vehicle.
