Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Matt Elliott was personable and upfront with the options available for the buy. I spoke with Matthew Elliott first on 5-July, he was professional, courteous most of all very patient with my questions around finance and the vehicle features, we spoke for approximately 10 mins. Towards the end of our conversation Matthew ask if I wanted to put down a deposit, before me asking he explained all the details and timelines around this process. After Matthew being so thorough, I felt comfortable saying yes without hesitating. We arrived of 8-July. After 5 minutes of conversation; introductions, I felt I could trust Matthew. A very rare feeling in this day, especially in sales where the agent is only concerned about profit. It was a rather warm day, Matthew had the vehicle moved inside; air conditioning, walked me through the vehicle; offered us the test drive when we were ready, then left us to explore the vehicle. And a fine vehicle it was not a spot of dirt to be found, on the wheels or under the hood. Matthew came back after 10 or so minutes to see how things were going, offered a drink, asking if we needed anything, then left us to continue our inspection, validation, exploration of the Sensory Q80. Approximately 15 minutes later Matthew came back I explained we were very interested, I would get with my bank to arrange financing. Matthew said that Morgan Automotive work with one source. It is a great option, he has financed with them for his personal use. That is always comforting when someone speaks of there own experiences. Matthew took the needed information In less then 20 minutes Matthew had a tentative approval and we were waiting for the final. Because it was later Saturday afternoon and we were a 4 hour drive away, we got underway. Matthew said he would follow up with us on Monday. (Again it was approaching 1500 hrs on a Saturday) Matthew ask about a trade-in, we hadn't planned on it we were going to sell privately, but Matthew had been so professional, knowledgeable about the financing process, most dealerships the salesmen refers to the people in the back (the Manager) Matthew ask some clarifying questions, gave us the pros and cons and a price, because we felt comfortable also that he cared about us as people, not just a sale, we said ok. Our total time with Matthew on 8-July was approximately 90 working minutes.. Because we were traveling we needed the restroom. A restroom in a place of business is always a true measure. It was clean, stocked, motion lighting, no water stains, freshly sented. During our time Matthew shared his family they were away and sending him photos that Matthew fondly shared. (Another measure this was the right place a.place we could trust) Matthew updated us on Monday the decision maker was away and would be back on Tuesday. First thing Wednesday morning Matthew called me with the great news I was approved, we set a date to close, 15-July. Matthew touched base with me on 14-July for approximately 10 minutes to walk through everything we would need. Sending me examples also making himself avaliable for any further questions. Through each conversation Matthew was thorough, courteous, professional and patient while I ask questions until I understood. I ask Matthew if we could complete the closing in two hours. (We found it to be a 5 hour drive traffic out of New York) that would be a 10 drive for us. Matthew said we SHOULD.. We arrived Matthew had the Sensory all set and ready. Our paperwork all set on his desk, we completed the closing in less then 90 mins, this includes Matthew taking the plates off of the M, plates on the Q. He test drove my M. My closing point Matthew gave us more on the trade in then was agreed upon. Everyone who reads this forget all I've said, boil it down to this, what sales person after agreeing to a trade in price, increases your trade in value.
