This is what a dealer should be. Very responsive and easy to work with. Knew what I wanted and had one come in fresh off the truck and contacted me. Offered a very fair price, so l bought it. They had the accesoriess ordered for me, installed them, and delivered it to my driveway. Never had to step into the dealership, what with the virus and all. I had a horrible experience at Appletree Honda in Fletcher so I called Morgantown Honda and spoke with Karen. She is wonderful! Answered all my questions and sent me numbers via text. Gave me the Fletcher so I called Morgantown Honda and spoke with Karen. She is wonderful! Answered all my questions and sent me numbers via text. Gave me the bottomline and then delivered my new 2020 Civic the next day to my job in Asheville. She took the time to show me how to program my settings. Paperwork took 5 mins I cannot recommend Karen enough. She’s fantastic!! More
