Yesterday I walked into Flow Honda Statesville to look for a new car. I usually don’t enjoy the car buying experience, but this was different. I was immediately approached by Juan Torres who listened carefully to what I wanted, and delivered in a very efficient and transparent way. After a test drive, he introduced me to his Sales Manager, Steven, also a knowledgeable salesman, a good listener and interested in getting me the car I wanted. I asked for 24 hours to think about the purchase, and amazingly, they worked on the paperwork in the meantime so that I wouldn’t have to wait so long to actually purchase the car! They even have a young man named Devon who sat in the car with me, programmed my phone and showed me all the bells and whistles. I so appreciated their efficiency, and the fact that they valued my time. Flow Honda dealership is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Kudos to Honda for putting together such a great team. Highly recommend them.

Love our Honda CRV and anytime we need service the crew here is always attentive and knowledgeable. We’d like to call particular attention to WALKER HIPPS as what we think is an outstanding exemplary ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER. I had technical issues with the CarPlay that Apple service and Best Buy geek squad couldn’t fix. One said to go back to the other and ultimately we came to Honda service. How fortunate we got WALKER as our service representative that day. Turned out it wasn’t an issue with the infotainment system and WALKER was as perplexed by this as everyone else was. During the time he spent with us he was personable, informative, patient and quite knowledgeable. WALKER kept at solving the glitch until it was finally resolved. We were fortunate to have had him assist us and your dealership is quite fortunate to have him in your employ. Thank you again WALKER for taking the added time to help two technically challenged eager to learn customers who are appreciative of all you did.
