Effortless Experience! The A/C on our 2013 Tahoe had recently gone out and was going to be a hefty repair bill. We had the vehicle looked at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. The A/C on our 2013 Tahoe had recently gone out and was going to be a hefty repair bill. We had the vehicle looked at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. When they told us of the issues, we requested a trade value and had them locate a replacement vehicle. Having not receiving the service we thought was warranted, we decided to check out Moritz. At Moritz, we were lucky enough to work with Louis. He was patient with our request as we tried to decide what features we wanted in our 2019 Tahoe. Once we decided on necessary equipment, Louis let me take a similar vehicle home for the night to show my wife the vehicle as it was going to be her daily driver. Once she saw it, she was committed to it and we had Louis get the exact vehicle ready. Never throughout the process did we feel pressured into a specific vehicle. We came in the next day and he had all of the paperwork ready and made the documentation process effortless. This was very important as we had our 1.5 year old daughter with us. He has since called to check in to make sure everything is going as we expected. I would recommend Louis to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More

I encountered an employee that initially told me I couldn’t make an appointment for an oil change, but solicited help from a member of the service department. That gentleman greeted me with a smile, sense of humor and professionalism. He took about maybe 10 minutes fire he came back to take my car for the oil change. So, the end was that my car was cared for and I ultimately enjoyed the experience. More
