The service manager is the worst I have ever dealt with regarding a domestic auto. He basically told me because I didn't buy my vehicle at that dealership he wasn't willing to work with me on an issue reg regarding a domestic auto. He basically told me because I didn't buy my vehicle at that dealership he wasn't willing to work with me on an issue regarding my vehicle. The warranty had barely expired, but because I didn't get my oil changed at the dealership or buy my tires from the dealership, etc., he would not "good faith" the warranty even though it was a known problem with my vehicle. For someone that wants repeat business this was not the way to go about it! I took it to a GMC dealer down the street and they took care of it, no problem!! I will never take my car back to Moritz and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
