We had a very stress-free experience, which is saying a lot for a couple who had hours to find a vehicle during a torrential downpour with a five-month old in tow. More

Squeak Not Fixed I requested a squeak to be fixed on my 2016 Suburban near the passenger front door/pillar area. Gary Broom at Moritz Service I purchased a 2016 Malibu in September of that year. It is now March of 2019 and I have not really had many problems with the car. But the service dep I purchased a 2016 Malibu in September of that year. It is now March of 2019 and I have not really had many problems with the car. But the service department, now that is a different story. 100% perfect, all of the service managers have been great. One stands above the rest and that is Gary Broom. My car would not start and had to jump it 3 different times, once leaving me stranded waiting for family to arrive. Took the car in and was lucky enough that Gary was the one to work with me. He checked everything over, got my information and set me up for service. BTW the place was hopping on a Friday afternoon. We dropped the car off (after jumping the battery AGAIN) at 2:00pm, and he said he would try to get it ready later that day. They were out of loaner cars and I could just wait or he would call. We drove home (28 miles). To my surprise at 4:00pm a call from Gary arrives saying the car was ready, it was a bad battery, which was covered under my warranty, so no charge. Knock me over with a feather! SO, delighted just barely covered my reaction. Gary Broom is a delightful person to talk to, has a no nonsense work attitude, very helpful and courteous personality, he is a good man who has bettered himself and has a grip that you tells you his word is his bond. I have had nothing but good experiences with Moritz Chev from purchase to present. Mr Moritz you can be proud of your business and of Gary Broom, an excellent representative for your company.
