I haven't had any problems so far with Moritz's service. I typically try to set up my appointments with Connie. He's good and honest. They get things done in an appropriate amount of time. My only knocks against them is sometimes my truck has been left a little dirtier than when I brought it in. Some black spots they easily wipe off, but still something that I shouldn't have to worry about. Also, dealership service price is usually a bit higher than competition. Either way, I'm glad there's someone like Connie for me to take my truck to. More

We were able to have good honest conversations, and he worked hard on trying to get a certain color in for us. The only slight issue we had was with a different salesman. We were sitting in the showroom waiting for Tony G. Another salesman was showing a couple a Corvette, and we happened to be sitting behind it by the exhaust. Well the other salesman started the Corvette with us sitting a few feet behind it. Not very wise or considerate on his part. In the end, they worked with us and got us in our new Traverse. They set us up with a great deal. I know this because I went to 2 other dealerships, and they couldn't beat the deal or even meet it. We never felt scammed or deceived. This was the first time I felt like I actually talked to a "person" when buying a car not just a salesman. More
