The worst experiance ever in all my years of purchasing cars I bought a car from Moritz Chevrolet on february 27th and was pressured into an extended warranty. After going home and looking over the extended warr I bought a car from Moritz Chevrolet on february 27th and was pressured into an extended warranty. After going home and looking over the extended warranty I really didn't like it. I called Dusty the finance manager the next day and he said there was no way I could get out of it. That the finance company wouldn't be able to refinance the contract. I wasn't happy at all. I got a post card today (4-24-18) from someone stating my factory warranty may be about to expire so I called and talked to a women about my current extended warrany. She said that he lied to me and that I very well could have gotten out of it at the time. Dusty also said the extended warrany would kick in after the factory warranty expired. Ashley the lady I talked to said that Dusty lied to me about that too that the extended warranty starts right away. Why would I get a extended warranty when the car had only 17,000 miles on it if the extended warranty kicks in immediately. Also I talked to Ally Financial and they would have excepted a cancellation of the extended warranty. Dusty flat out lied to me all along thinking I wouldn't do anything about it. Believe me I'm not done with this whole ordeal! More
