We have had our 2015 Chevy 1500 Country truck sent in for oil changes with scheduled appoint This service department is by far the worst of the worst. We have had our 2015 Chevy 1500 Country truck sent in for oil changes with scheduled appointment and it still takes 8 hours to do it. We asked for a loaner vehicle since we work out of our truck and we were told "there was no loaner vehicle". Did receive call from General Manager, apologizing and assuring our next visit would not be the same experience. More
