I was told that I could put down a non refundable $1000 deposit for them to hold a truck for a couple weeks for me, then I would buy it. When I asked again if I could do it they said no because they didn’t deposit for them to hold a truck for a couple weeks for me, then I would buy it. Im a 36 year old man who has been a customer of this dealership before and they are treating me like I don’t know how to buy a vehicle. If I choose to risk my deposit then accept it and take my money. Don’t tell me you are worried I won’t buy the truck. Absolutely terrible customer service and they’ve lost a customer. More
